About Jill Goldblatt, RD/LD, MS


Jill Goldblatt Jill received her Masters in Science with a concentration in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, and has more than a decade of Clinical Dietetics experience. Jill's focus is to help her clients achieve their wellness goals through weight loss and addressing nutritional needs related to Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Kidney disease, Obesity or Underweight status. She works with all ages and conditions to educate and empower her clients to feel comfortable in making life long healthy food choices independently. Jill is also available for speaking engagements on various nutrition topics to educate the community and promote good health.

As a Board Certified and Licensed Dietitian, I have successfully optimized the health and wellness of over a thousand patients during my more than ten years practicing in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and surrounding areas. I specialize in nutrition counseling and education for all ages and conditions, including weight loss and gain, diabetes, congestive heart disease, cardiovascular disease, renal (kidney) disease, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, and more.


With so much conflicting information, incorrect facts, and overwhelming data on how to eat healthy, it's difficult to know where to start - I can help guide and educate you on how to easily make the right food choices, with your health at the center of all we do. We will work together in creating a customized nutrition plan that will teach you how to make the right nutrition choices in a sustainable manner. Pricing Plans

Initial Consult
$150

An initial consultation is a one hour face-to-face planning and education session, to prepare you to achieve your goals. Initial consultations are required for all new patients.

Consult & 2 Follow-Ups
$300

Follow-up sessions are a great way to discuss your progress, make plan changes, and ensure that you're achieving your goals. My consult and follow-up package include an initial consultation and two follow up sessions.

Individual Follow-Up
$100

Individual follow-up sessions after your initial consultation will help keep you on-track, and can be in-person or by phone at your convenience.

Speaking Engagements
Call

I am available for private and charity speaking engagements, and am happy to discuss your upcoming event or function. Please reach out by phone or email for further details.

Jill received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University, and went on to earn her Masters of Science with a concentration in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University. Jill has extensive experience as the Dietetics Manager for HCR ManorCare, as a University Professor teaching Nutrition, and Lecturer on Dietetics and Nutrition. Jill has worked in all facets of dietetics, ranging from weight loss to tube feeding, and can help you to achieve your goals. Appointments

All of my consultations and follow-ups can be held in person, over the phone, or by video conference. For appointments outside my normal business hours, please feel free to reach out for accommodation, I'll do my best to work with your schedule.

  • I am unfortunately unable to accept insurance at this time; however, I do accept both check and credit card. All services must be paid for at the time services are rendered; packages must be paid for at the time of the first consultation.
